Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Gussy, provided by Victor Cedervall, a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) (org. no. 060326-5810), Sommarbovägen 12, 246 32 Löddeköpinge, Sweden. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Using Gussy
- You may use Gussy for personal, lawful purposes.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows another person, make sure they're fine with it being edited.
- Don't use Gussy to create content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, deceptive about real people or that involves minors in any inappropriate way.
- Don't try to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the service or overload it.
Your photos and results
You keep all rights to your photos and to the results created from them. You give us the limited right to process your photos, including by sending them to our AI provider, solely to create the result you asked for. See our Privacy Policy.
AI results
AI effects can produce unexpected or imperfect results. They may change details of your photo. We don't guarantee any particular outcome. Use the Report button if a result is unsafe or looks wrong.
Gussy Pro, Gussy Max and credits
- Film looks and the editing tools on your phone are free. AI effects are not free: they need an active Gussy Pro or Gussy Max plan and use credits. 1 credit creates 1 AI photo.
- Pro: 5 new credits every day. Max: 10 new credits every day. Both plans are weekly subscriptions.
- Introductory offer: new subscribers may get the first week at a reduced price, shown in the app and in the App Store before you subscribe. After that week the subscription renews at the regular weekly price shown in the app. An introductory offer is available once per Apple ID.
- Credits are valid only for the day they were given for. Unused credits do not roll over to the next day, have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and aren't refunded or replaced when they expire. A credit is not used if a creation fails or is blocked.
- You can change plan at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. If your plan ends or is refunded, you can no longer use its credits.
- We apply reasonable limits on how fast you can create photos to protect the service.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically every week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, including AI effects, at any time. We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do.
Disclaimer and liability
Gussy is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence still apply.
